By accessing or using Vintix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Vintix. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes via the platform or email.

Vintix is a macOS app discovery and comparison platform. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent app listings • Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures • Scrape or harvest user data or app listings without permission • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content • Impersonate Vintix staff, developers, or other users • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

When you create an account with Vintix, you agree to: • Provide accurate and current information • Maintain the confidentiality of your password • Be responsible for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We will retain minimal anonymized data for analytics purposes.

Users may submit app listings, reviews, and alternative suggestions. By submitting content, you: • Grant Vintix a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, modify, and distribute that content • Confirm you have the right to submit the content • Accept that Vintix may remove content that violates our guidelines Vintix editorial staff review all app submissions before publishing. We reserve editorial discretion to accept or reject any submission.

If you are a developer claiming an app listing on Vintix: • You must own or have authority over the app being claimed • You may update app information, screenshots, and pricing details • Verified developer badges are issued at Vintix's discretion • Misrepresentation of app features may result in delisting Vintix does not take responsibility for apps listed on the platform. Users are responsible for their own download and installation decisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VINTIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • App information, pricing, or availability is always current • Linked third-party sites are safe or accurate TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vintix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
